Louise has spent more than two decades steering strategy and growth conversations for small and midsize businesses — first as an executive sales and management leader, and now as an advisor who's logged tens of millions in consultative work, including operational and valuation assessments that show owners what their business is really worth.

She's worked alongside more than 1,000 technology and manufacturing companies and built strategic partnerships across industries nationwide — relationships that have contributed north of $930 million in economic impact across the eight-county Capital Region of New York alone.

Louise has facilitated strategic planning from early-stage startups to mature, multi-national businesses with half a billion in revenues. She is a Jon Gordon Certified Trainer, holds a Blue Belt in Innovation Engineering, and coaches executives on global business development strategies.
